Tomorrow is a limited liability company based in Berlin, Germany (legal name: Tomorrow Biostasis GmbH). The company is audited for medical procedures by the non-profit foundation European Biostasis Foundation based in Basel, Switzerland.

The oversight by the foundation guarantees that Tomorrow will always priorities the well-being of its members above any other consideration. It also guarantees that no shareholder can change that.

On a day to day basis Tomorrow is run by Dr. Emil Kendziorra, a medical doctor and entrepreneur, who is also a member of the board of the foundation.
